What data we process
When you submit the questionnaire or the newsletter form, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, email and your voluntary answers).
Purpose & legal basis
We use this information solely to develop Taildesk and – if you want us to – to contact you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address to send you news about Taildesk. This happens only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to softventures.orga@gmail.com – we then remove your address from the mailing list.
Delivery
We use the service Resend to send emails. The transmitted data is processed on our behalf. Resend Inc. is based in the USA; the transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We store your details only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Just write to us at softventures.orga@gmail.com.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, the host automatically processes technically necessary server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)
For anonymous audience measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics, a service of Vercel Inc. (USA). The service is cookieless — it sets no cookies and stores no identifier in your browser. It records aggregated page views (e.g. page visited, approximate origin, device type); there is no cross-site or cross-device tracking and no individual profiles are built. Your IP address is only processed transiently and not stored permanently. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or marketing cookies. To run the site we only store technically necessary information locally in your browser (local storage): your language choice and a draft of the questionnaire so your entries aren't lost. This data stays in your browser, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your residence, your workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement.
